Initial game setup

• Board Arrangement and Play Elements: Spread the board and arrange it within reach of all players. Place 6 research stations and disease blocks nearby. Divide the disease blocks into 4 areas of different colors. Set up a research station in Atlanta.

Each game turn is divided into 3 basic parts:

• Increase movement speed: Move the infection marker on the scale forward 1 space.
• Infection: Draw the bottom card on the stack of infection cards. Then add up to 3 disease blocks to the city printed on that leaf.
• Increased infection rate: Have a discard pile of infection cards, shuffle them, then place on the remaining set of infection cards.

If 8 types of epidemics occur at the same time, there are not enough disease blocks when needed and there are not enough player cards left, you will lose.

Game over

The player wins as soon as he finds a way to cure all 4 diseases. Once all diseases are cured, the game ends and the player wins immediately, regardless of how many cubes are on the board.
